Out of the blue, our receipt printer is responding very slowly, transactions are done quickly, but there is about a 10 second pause before the receipt starts to print. We've rebooted a couple of times, but itdoesn't seem to help. Our other POS stations don't have the same delay. We use an EPSON TMT88III usb printer, using OPOS 230e. There are no other printers attached to this computer. I deleted the other printers listed in the Control Panel. Haven't power cycled the router or DSL modem yet (didn't want to mess with that as we're super busy this time of year). Any suggestions?
