Yesterday my register2 was working on offline, and i have it online at 7PM, at the end of the day i print the z report it came out that the time shown on the z report is from 7 pm to 9pm. I am missing the z report before 7pm, it didn't count the transaction before 7 pm. I check the register 2 it has all the sales from the openning to closeing. Does anyone have the same problem that i have?

hi TJW, make sure that when you are online, you restart your POS and then it will automatically sync the data. as you not specified that you online the POS
