In short:
I have setup a new store for a customer of mine and everything is ready to go and looks like its working great. We have made a few test transactions at the POS and then noticed that the X and Z Reports are displaying $0 no matter how many transactions we had on the register.
I have already tried restoring the original receipt templates and made sure that the Report template is using the XReport.xml. I have also went as far as uninstalling the program and reinstalling it with no luck. Last I have tried to install the program on two other PC's that never had the program installed before and are fairly new with no luck. Last I have tried the demo store on a new PC and it also does not show any activity when creating the X or Z Reports. In all cases the Journal is showing all activities of all transactions, X Reports, Z Reports, blind closeouts or whatever else.
Can anyone help me figure out why we can't get the X Report or Z Report to display the correct $ on the POS?
