Hi, we just installed our system today and have a ton of test data in the system. However, when we run any of the x,z or zz it shows as all zeros on the receipt. I've checked to make sure the report printer is setup under receipt formats and have re-assigned the format type to each register but still when running these reports it shows all zeros on the receipt.
