We just brought the system up live today...
We are running version 1.3.1009 on xp (sp2). we have a epson tm-u375p. the receipts are printing as needed. but neither Z or X report prints to the receipt printer...
Please assist.
Z Report not printing, but receipts print?????

Hi Rp, Login to store manager and go to Database > Registers > Receipt Formats click 40 or Full Page format which you are using with your printer. and select its properties. Make sure that Report have attached 40-colx and Z Report if not click the Hourglass button and attach…

Reopen your POS and try to perform Xreport .
