Receipt Printing Issue-40 Col and Full Page

I am a new RMS reseller, we are preparing to install our first system. My customer has walk-in cash/credit card business and will use a 40 column printer (Epson TM-T88III). They also do charge business and need a full page (8.5 x 11 laser-2 copies) receipt for these charge customers. I would like to have these respective receipts print by tender by default. Is there a way to handle this by default without intervention of the cashier?
