If you're still an active maintenance plan customer, yes, I heard you will get the update automatically in the mail.

If you are an existing customer and current on maintenance as of January 15,

If you were never on maintenance but sign a new maintenance contract (subject to standard policy and any lapse fees), you will automatically receive the latest released version as part of the maintenance agreement.

If you were on maintenance but chose not to renew, signing a renewal will entitle you to the latest released version as part of the maintenance agreement (subject to standard policy and any lapse fees.)
