Does anyone know whether MS POS v1.0 Data can be "directly" converted to MS RMS Store Operation POS Data? We have a client who been using MS POS but wanting to upgade to MS RMS.
As far as I know, there is no Upgrade path between POS and RMS at this time. The databases are not identical, so not there would not be a direct conversion. You might want to check out Retail Realm's Import utility, which will allow you to import most data into RMS from pretty much any other system...
