I'm just setting up a new installation of RMS store operations version 2.0. Everything looks fine but the receipts print out garbled. Reprints are also garbled although viewed on screen in the journal window they look perfect. Using the standard full page receipt format. We are also seeing some errors in report printouts from manager. The HP 2015 printer appears to be installed correctly and prints correctly from other windows applications and printer test pages are fine. Has anybody run into this? Using the PLC5 driver supplied from HP. OS is win 2000.
