THere is a lot of info on the Z-tape that I do not need, such as the sales per hour. How do I customize the tape to delete the info I don't need?
Also, are there ways to surpress printout of Tender Types I don't use but don't want to delete?

Ho OlyBikes, You can do so by customizing the Xreport.xml file
- Go on \Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\ReceiptTemplates and open the above file.
- Find the Hourly Totals Secion and here you can do 2 things either comment the or delete the whole lines. Here how it gets comment out.
- Now for the safe site reattach the Xreport to your receipt format and start the POS again. it will work.
