customizing Z-tape

THere is a lot of info on the Z-tape that I do not need, such as the sales per hour. How do I customize the tape to delete the info I don't need?

Also, are there ways to surpress printout of Tender Types I don't use but don't want to delete?

Ho OlyBikes, You can do so by customizing the Xreport.xml file

  1. Go on \Program Files\Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\ReceiptTemplates and open the above file.
  2. Find the Hourly Totals Secion and here you can do 2 things either comment the or delete the whole lines. Here how it gets comment out.

  1. Now for the safe site reattach the Xreport to your receipt format and start the POS again. it will work.
