I am unable to print our store logo on to our receipts. It will show in manager but not print in manager. The image is monochromatic B&W. It is under the 20k regulation. It is correctly directed in administrator. It shows in the preview under database ? registers - receipt - formats - 40 column - properties ? properties. It is listed in the logo filename header and has ?? around it. I go to print and no logo on receipt and no space for the logo. It will also not print in Store Operations, nor will it show on the receipt in journal viewer but it will show on the receipt in journal viewer on the x report but will not print on the x report. Any and all suggestions are appreciated!!!

Make sure the image will fit within the receipt margins without scaling. Not all receipt printers will print graphics. Try getting the default storelogo.bmp that ships with RMS to print - that will tell you if your issue is with the printer or with the graphic.
I had a mono bmp rendered in Photoshop that looked kosher. However, when opened in MSPaint, it was back to its larger counterpart size (5 or 6 inches across!). So I resized it and saved in MSPaint. By finalizing the edit and saving in MSPaint and following Glenn's guidelines of margin shape and size, you should be OK after that. I was in the same boat. I use TM-88III receipt printers.
I agree, however, that this was actually one of the most painful parts of my company's transition to RMS. Go figure?!? We should all be so lucky. Kevin
Are you using OPOS or Windows drivers? I'm assuming you're using OPOS.
I'm not sure if you can use JPG's on the receipts, so try using a BMP. Also make sure the BMP is saved as monochrome, and that the width is less than
255 pixels (as well as under 20kb in filesize).I am using the Epson T88-III printer, with the corresponding OPOS driver.
I am using the storelogo1.bmp that came with RMS.
I setup my logo in SO Administrator, and specified I wanted to use a header logo on my receipt configuration. I did NOT specify the logo filename. When I tried to specify a filename, I get a compiler error: token 'storelogo1.bmp' not found.
The logo appears when I view the receipt on the screen, however, it does not appear on the printed ribbon receipt.
What am I doing wrong?
