Can anyone explain the best way to get a logo to print on my reciept. I do have all the receipt template settings correct I believe. Is there something I have to do to the printer?
I have a Posiflex Jiva 5800 with PP7000II thermal reciept printer
Thanks

Akber,
Thanks but I did accomplish what you suggested to no avail. Could it be a jumper or the like > HI,

Search the newsgroup, there was a discussion of logo printing within the last 2 weeks. I don't know anything specifically about the Posiflex printer - you might want to request tech support from your reseller. OPOS vs. Windows drivers might make a difference, but that's just a guess...
Generally logo printing issues are related to the image file itself. It must be: a monochrome bitmap. Not greyscale Not a gif or a jpeg small enough to fit within the margins of your printer without scaling Start at 1" x 1" and see if that helps < 20Kb file size

Funny you say that about the image file itself, I kinda figured that may be the case I will try some image manipulation, and go from there. I did contact Posiflex support as well and was sent a utility that I couldn't use or understand.
Thanks for the help so far
