I am in the process of setting up RMS and have downloaded my store logo to my printer (Posligne WTP-100) using the flash utility. The logo test print works fine however when using POS no logo prints. I suspect this has something to do with the receipt format setup but not really sure what I need to change. Any advice appreciated!

Have you installed the logo path in Admin? Additionally .bmp files seem to work and play better then .jpegs on most OPOS installed receipt printers.
