I have a logo file size is 12KB, mono bmp file format.
If I use Samsung OPOS receipt printer, the receipt will print with this logo file
However, if I tried to use EPSON OPOS Receipt Printer, the receipt didn't see this logo file. Any suggestion?

Try reducing the physical size of the image file - not the file size, but the size of the image... Start with something like 1 inch by 1 inch and see if that will print - if it does, start scaling up until it stops. Image printing in OPOS is a big mystery for some reason, but then most things OPOS are mysterious, so I guess I shouldn't be surprised...
