I can't find it right now, but wasn't the deal 3 years for the price of 2?
Also I don't think the offer is public yet. I think it started today.
I just recently renewed my maintenance and there was no mention of anything other than the 1-year price (or 2 years for twice the price).

- I think it is because that is how long it will be before we see any upgrade.
