hey everyone, i was running RMS 1.3 in evaluation version. when i try to view the journal for a transaction it gives me a Run Time Automation Error that object invoked has been disconnected. did anybody had the same error before like that. please anyhelp will be much appreciated

Make sure that you have some kind of printer installed as default. It _cannot_ be a label printer. Create a generic text or a PDF creator like the free CutePDF;
