Would normally have posted this on the managed forum but having problems getting on at the moment.
Have customer who wants to view the journal for the 15 th September. When we have tried to access the journal in either POS or Manager we get the following run time error - any ideas????
Run Time' - 2147417848 (80010108) Automation error The object invoked has disconnected from its clients

Check out KB 900635. It may be due to the default printer being a label printer or no default Windows printer. They suggest to make a generic text as default. I had the same issue at a customer site recently.
