Error launching Store Operations

Im getting an error when I launch Store Operations, " Class does not support automation or does not support expected interface" When I click on OK to that I get the same error again but with a run time error 430. I did some searching on the internet and found some post about not having the correct MDAC. I ran a MDAC checker and I have MDAC 2.8 SP1 on Windows XP SP2. Anyone have any ideas on how to correct this.

Kevin,

Recently install an Epson OPOS driver?

If so, remove it and re-install using the Common Control Object in the CO Type dropdown instead.

If not an Epson issue, make sure that you have a printer installed in addition to a label printer.

Kevin,

Sorry, I forgot one thing. Make sure that the Zebra is _not_ set as default.

If that doesn't work, try re-installing RMS.

Since you stated that this installation was a test. This error usually means that the evaluation has expired.
