Runtime Error '430' Class Does Not Support Automation

I just installed the latest version of PC Charge and IE7. Now, both RMS Manager and POS on that machine is getting the error:

Runtime Error '430' Class Does Not Support Automation or Does not support expected Interface.

Any ideas on what it could be?
