Hello. I am trying to insert company logo (JPEG file) into the receipt. Is there anyway We can insert the picture into the receipt? I see 'Logo Filename (Header)' section in the receipt property. How should I insert it? Where should I save the file and how can i connect it to the receipt? Can JPEG file loaded into the system? If not, which file type should I use? Please be advised. thank you.

The image file should be a .bmp and saved in C:\Program Files \Microsoft Retail Management System\Store Operations\Pictures From Administrator Click File > Configuration > Register Tab and browse to your logo and click Open Click Ok to save this setting From Manager click Database > Registers > Receipt Formats and click the properties next to sales. Make sure the settings for your Show Header Logo are set to true then click refresh. The image should appear in the preview pane. click Yes to update all transaction types... Restart POS and the logo should print.

Hello Thank you for the answer. I was able to see the picture from preview but I was not able to see that from actual receipt. Is there any solution? Please let me know. thank you again.
