Data Source name not found

Hi all,...

I get this msg when I try to log in to the store Administrator,:

DATA SOURCE NAME NOT FOUND AND NO DEFAULT DRIVER SPECIFIED..

anyone got an idea what has happened,..... been working just fine in the past,...
