In SO, you can setup a surcharge for cash back with the use of a debit card.
Is there a way to override the fee at the POS level if certain circumstances require it?

Sorry Bill but that's not a capability. If you feel this should be added make a product suggestion. Another avenue would be to contact Bill Pittman at TPI Software
