For those partners who ahve dabbled in creating addins how do you guys debug the addin. I have been working on an addin and the whole registering ,unregistering and other stuff kinda is a long process.
Anyone knows of a better debuggin method than the following?
If you are using Visual Studio, you can run the projet in the debugger and step through your code. This is super easy to do in Visual Studio 6. Not too hard in VS.Net2003 - I haven't tried in 2005 yet, but someone posted recently that they couldn't get their add-in to work after switching to VS.Net2005.
To debug in VS, you set the startup object to SOPOSUSER.exe - the executable for the POS program.
