We recently did a full physical inventory and for hundreds of items, the Item Movement history report show duplicate entries for "Physical Inventory Adjustment". The InventoryTransferLog table shows only one Physical Inventory Adjustment for each item, but the view created by the report shows two rows for each item, with different ReferenceEntryID #s and a DateTransferred about a minute apart.
The resulting inventory numbers in RMS appear to be very screwed up as a result. Have any of you experienced such a thing? Any ideas what causes it, and how to fix it?
