I have run across a couple of parent child adjestments on Item Movement Reports that should not be there. I have a location that is set up as a warehouse only. There are no sales transactions conducted at this location. Yet when I run an item movement report for some items, it show parent/child adjustments.
Take a look at the attached report which is done for all dates for this item. The physical stock is 45 units. Note the second to last line. It shows a parent/child adjustment, but no transaction number. There are no transaction in the database.
Any idea what can cause this to happen?
