Work Order Report Help with field name

Oct 02, 2006 4 Replies

If this is the code to get a item description column, what is the field name for the item COMMENT that we entered when making the work order. We put the eBay item number in the item comments field-Ctrl F10 (not the transaction comment field-Shft F9).

Begin Column FieldName = "Item.Description" DrillDownFieldName = "" DrillDownReportName = "" Title = "Description" VBDataType = vbString Formula = "" ColHidden = False ColNotDisplayable = False FilterDisabled = False ColWidth = 2130 GroupMethod = groupmethodNone ColFormat = "" ColAlignment = flexAlignLeftCenter End Column

It's TransactionEntry.Comment You should be able to find a TransactionEntry.* column in your report to work from. The dataType should be vbString

I just figured out how to attach to the database from MS access. Now I can see all the tables and field names. That will halp tremendoously.

Now, I just need a good XML WYSIWYG editor......
