I have 2 store and HQ. We are selling item every day at 2 store. But. Today I check HQ's Invetory and Store Inventory. Example, one item Inventory quantity is five at first store, and same item inventory quantity is four at Second store. But, this item's HQ inventory is seven. First store quantity is four. Second store quantity is three. It's wrong. And Every day, We are sync with HQ and Store. But, HQ's Inventory is not updated. What Happen? What Problem? Let me know your idea. Thank u

You should try to run a Worksheet 501: Request Full Item Count for both locations. After they have processed this worksheet, run a Task 190 against each location by the following method: HQ Manager> Wizards> Inventory Wizard> Task 190> Select Location 1> Show only the discrepancies> Generate> then Commit.
This will reset HQ Manager to that of your store's actual inv levels. You should always do this after a Physical Inv too.
That's true, IF you believe that your store inventories are more accurate than HQ. From the initial post, I'm not sure if Judy is saying the stores are right and HQ is wrong, or just that they are different. Also, a 501 will upload ALL products, not a subset. Personally, I think that a 501 should only be run immediately after a physical inventory (even though MS says you don't have to do it anymore).
