How do you edit the PO Template? I opened it in DreamWeaver 2004 and saved it, when I tried to use it was told it was invalid.

As you've found, the .XML templates are kinda funky.
I've always just used Windows Notepad, others have mentioned other XML editors here.
I noticed the same thing and have been using notepad as well...I also found that if i saved the document after editing in dreamweaver with notepad ("big endian") encoding that RMS recognizes it...go figure.
