Hi there! Any help would be appreciated. I am new to RMS and I have been given the job of extracting a list of email addresses from the customer data base. Does anyone know how I can do this? It seems that the crystal reports don't allow for me to filter out this one part of the customer info.. but perhaps I am not in the area, menu, or whatever.
Do I need an add in for such a report?
