Is there a way to exceed the limit for authorizating credit card and debit card? The maximum amount of authorization in RMS is $ 99,999.99. Any help will be appreciated. Thanks.

Look at your TenderTypes in SO Manager --> Database menu --> TenderTypes. Check the Properties of your CC tenders to see if they have a Maximum Amount set under the Verification tab. If it does change it to 999,999.99.

Was it set to $99,999.99 and did you change it to $999,999.99? If so then did you do a Z-Report?

No, it didn't set to $99,999.99. It was set to $0 by default. By the way, how to do Z-report? and What is Z-report?
