Export Active report to CSV - Reading Datetime in Excel

Hi Folks

Did a QRP report and exported report to CSV - however, I'm having problems reading some date fields into Excel such as Item.LastSold, etc... this is what CSV data looks like for the date field (21/09/2007 11:58:22 AM) - What do I need to do to format this in Excel as a Date field? Any help would be appreciated?

What problem are you having? Is Excel just reading it as text (making it hard to sort properly) or are you getting some sort of message such as "Invalid Date Format"?

You may have to adjust your regional settings in Windows Control Panel, or you may have to split the date & time into separate columns.

hi Danny, the one way i do and work perfectly is that load the report once loaded whatever fields you wanted to export just make sure are not hidden and visiable.

now anywhere in report right click and then say "copy as Table" load any blank excel sheet and then paste the data pressing Ctrl+V or Edit > Paste.

See if this satisfy your needs.
