Is there anyway of adding a field to the Filters??? Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Yes. You need to modify the report template. The field must be part of the table(s) queried by the report template.
If you are uncomfortable with this process, try to provide some more detail and I'll see if I can help. What report? What field?
