We created our items at shop level... Now we want to turn on the HQ software. Will the download Worksheet, also upload the items that the shop created ? I want to make these items, the Global items... Is this a problems?

You will need to be very careful while using HQ. As suggested the steps would be to
- Create Store database with all items and store configuration.
- Import Store database into HQ to create HQ database.
- Now create stores in HQ
- Export store database.
