Flagging Bad Accounts

Is there a way to put a flag or an alert on a bad customer account? Say for example a customer gives a bad check and we wanted to put an alert on that account for any cashier that tries to take payment from that customer? I've searched all over Microsoft's KB and how-to's to no avail.

Not per se. You can enter a checking account number to prompt to call the manager, but this only works for checks, not per customer. SO Manager | Database | Checks

You can have your reseller modify the status page on the top of the POS, for that type of "Stop sales to this Customer" entry in one of the additional text fields in the Customer | Additional page.
