I have receive a bad check from a customer and they have not responded to my statements or certified letters. Is there a way I can notify the cashier that a customer has an outstanding balance or just display some kind of note upon selection of this specific customer? I tried to make an adjustment to the customer's Account Information to reflect the balance due, but it didn't make a difference.
Basically, I want to be notified of this outstanding balance if he tries to make another purchase. Any suggestions?
