Another system is adding new customers to our HQ database. We need to be able to easily force a 401 Worksheet to run from the Store Client to upload new customers in a timely manner. This is in addition to the scheduled 401's that currently run every 10 minutes.
Well, you first have to create/approve the 401 worksheet with the current time as the effective time. You can do this with direct SQL Inserts into the HQ database if you want to.
The hard part is actually triggering HQ Client to connect between it's scheduled connections. As far as I know, there's no way of doing that other than manually selecting "Connect".
You could just increase the frequency of your scheduled connections if you don't have too many stores...

I don't know how many stores you have, what kind of connection you use, etc. but I have gone to a much shorter 401 interval. My four stores connect every
3, 4, 5, and 6 minutes, respectively. Nobody waits more than 6 minutes for a 401.Just another option to consider.
