from sqlexpress to sql server 2005

I want to move from sqlexpress2005 to sqlserver 2005 and dedicated sql server to avoid database size limit of 4gb. We run database from poslane1 now.. Does sql server present any challenges in this configuration. We do poll back to our HQ..
