Gasoline Pricing

Dec 20, 2005 3 Replies

I am puzzled as how to make my gasoline price "$2.099" whenever I try to do this it automatically switches the price to 2.10 ... could be a problem if Weights & Measures came in! - I have already went into the windows settings and made the number of digits after decimal 3...... Help?

Charles,

Change to 3 digits after the decimal.

Start | Settings | Control Panel | Regional & Language | Customize | Currency tab | No. of digits after decimal | change to 3.

Did you do these steps exactly?

  1. Control Panel --> Regional and Language Options --> press Customize button --> Currency tab then change the No. of digits after decimal = 3

-- or --

  1. Control Panel --> Regional and Language Options --> press Customize button --> Numbers tab then change the No. of digits after decimal = 3 You want to do 1 not 2.

Also are you logged in as the Administrator on that computer? Because if you did this correctly it will work.
