I've always found it hard to understand the billing cycle function - I have just printed copies of the receipts for our account customers and never used the billing cycle. I only have a few customers with accounts, so this has always worked ok.
I want to try the billing cycle and see how it works - in HQ does it matter when i run the cycle or is there anything i need to be aware of??
