Hi I was wondering if some one could help me with this. We have been using RMS 1.3 r1 and latest hotfix for 1 year now.
When we close our monthly billing period using Close Billing Cycle, Statements print with 0.00 balance even though we have NOT CHECKED OFF the "Print statements with a balance of $0.00 and no activity" option.
This is a known issue. Can not recall if it was corrected in 2.0 or not yet. Not all customers print, but any customer that has had 'activity', which includes opening the customer card to change an address or just check some proprerties.
Annoying, isn't it.
