Although we have several people with accounts and activity in the current month, when I go to close the billing cycle, the system says that "No Customers With Accounts Were Found." Any idea why this might be?

What day of the month do you have for a closing date in SO Manager | File | Configuration | Accounts ? You won't get anything if before that day.
It is set for the 31st, which for a month like February would run on the 28th?

I got the error message that I described in my first post. The closing date field defaults to 2/28/06. I am assuming I should leave it alone?

Is this only the second month you have closed the billing cycle?
Reason I ask is because you could possibly run into that problem every other month when there are less than 31 days. We set ours to close on the 20.
