Can anyone explain why RMS warns that if you close the billing cycle during trading hours that you should ensure no more account activity takes palce that day?
What happens if i ignore this and close the cycle then put through an account transaction as normal?
Then that transaction would not be in the batch you just closed! Exactly the same as doing a transaction after you Z-out at the register...you could have two transactions in the same day, but in different batches, which could effect your accounting system..
