HQ Error 3265

When trying to setup one of my stores in HQ, I get the following

Error 3265: Item Cannot be found in the collection corresponding to the requested name or ordinal.

What do I do to resolve this?

I have a 2nd store from which the their database was created from this store and its working correctly...

Ace, Usually this means that an item at HQ is not downloaded to the store. Try sending down the worksheet 'Download Items' with all your items attached. This should push down any items to the store that do not exist.

Hi Ace,

This error occurs because different RMS versions run on the store and the HQ....Make sure that all your RMS components have the same version. You can find the RMS version in the Help menu.
