I want to change the color of the status window whenever a customer has a credit limit of >0. We set past due accouts' credit limits to ($1.00) and I want the status window to go bright red whenever a customer with a past due account is selected.
We had a customer come in a buy a sofa the other day (paid in full) while he still owes us over $200 for a mattress set he bought over a year ago. Not good.
