Hi Gil,
The way you can accomplished is use Item Messages.
- You can go to Item then click on Special tab. Create any new item message and attached it with to your specific item where you don't wanted to use as return.
Remeber the above message also appear > Any way to stop a return on only certain items in the inventory... > > >
