I am getting an error at checkout for CC and Debits

I get this when i swip cards;

05: Must Balance Now

This is the message in the approval box for my CC process in the elctronic draft status box. Please help me send email to snipped-for-privacy@hotmail.com or post answer so i can fix this. THX, J
