My company is trying to install a group of i6550 series payment terminals and we're getting a "attach error" message. We have tried several things, but havn't had any luck getting past it. Ingenico has been of zero help to us and we need to figure it out before we install a lot more of them. Any help you can send our way would be greatly appreciated.
