Kent, It is likely that Microsoft will not add support for this inside of RMS. We created a customization for the WIC (Women's, infants & children) program created by the FNS division of the USDA. I believe this is similar in nature. If you are interested in creating a customization that would provided this functionality to you, please drop me an email or give me a call to discuss the details.
