Does anyone have any suggestions for realtime data sync solution instead of using the built in scheduled worksheets?

Shaun, You'd be looking at something custom, and potentially expensive. I know there are some solutions out there that just use Great Plains as an alternative to Headquarters for centralizing data. If you are interested in learning more, or diving deeper into your 401 issues, I'd be happy to help.
