I have been contracted to build a custom e-commerce site that integrates with RMS. I am having some trouble locating any helpful information. The dealer that sold the solution does not know how it would be accomplished.
I have not read the RMS documentation yet, would I find the information I need there?
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Unless you are a Certified RMS reseller, MS doesn't publish the info, what little there is.
If you are, look in the PartnerSource for the Customization guide for some tips.
You gotta figure it out yourself and these guys, among others, already have.
